Romania is inside EU, thus making GDRP and general legislation simple, and Bucharest has a large pool of highly talented IT people, so the choice was easy for us. We chose GENOS due to the slightly different approach – a Danish led company, making it a very good cultural fit for us - but without the admin and sales overhead in Denmark, so ultimately a very slim setup to the benefit of attracting new talent and thereby for EIVA. We have found GENOS to be an excellent partner in the search, selection, onboarding and continuous nursing of our employees in Bucharest, and we will be scaling up our activities through GENOS going forward.
